 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would not reccomend Cochran Heating and cooling. He installed a brand new system for our home in July of 2022. He has already had to fix 2 parts on the system in 2025 and now in early 2026 our AC is not working. When he came out to work on our unit in 2025 he was checking the registers and and broke one of our stained glass lamps by knocking it over and the bad thing is he didn't let us know he broke the lamp just set it back on top of the end tble and left it for us to find later. We had to have another company come out and look and the system only to find out he pieced meal our system together and the furnace and outdoor unit doesn't communicate with each other. I could go on but it looks like we are going to have to spend the money and get a new system put in 4 years later.

They came early, didnt try to sell me on a new system, and were well within my guesstimate of cost.  I will be switching all my HVAC needs to Cochran Heating and Cooling.
